Steven Wayne Riles

Steven Wayne Riles, 56, of Holly Springs, died Jan. 25, 2017, at Baptist Hospital in Oxford. A member of Calvary Baptist Church, he was a mechanic.

Services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 27 at the Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel, with burial in Hill Crest Cemetery. Bro. Bill Tate officiated.

He leaves a son, Steven Riles Jr. (Amy) of Hickory Flat; a daughter, Kimberly Lane Hall (Lacy), of New Albany; his mother, Billie Barkley; two brothers, Mike Lemons of Red Banks, Gary Riles of Potts Camp; four sisters, Margaret Shoffner of Red Banks, Lesia Jones of Olive Branch, Angie Sorrell of Holly Springs, Theresa Shoffner of Red Banks and six grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Prentis Riles; a brother, John Robert Riles; and his grandmother, Lillian Stewart (Big Mama).
