Sharon Thomas Rodgers

Sharon Thomas Rodgers, 64, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Byhalia, died May 17, 2021, at Methodist Hospital of Olive Branch. She was a member of Order of Eastern Star and retired from CIGNA Insurance Company.

Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. on May 24 at Mt. Sinai MB Church Cemetery in Byhalia. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two children, Angela Sherrell Rodgers, Lee DeAngelo Rodgers, both of Memphis; three sisters, Priscilla Brunson of Byhalia, Norma Jean Thomas, Peggy Ann Thomas, both of Memphis; three brothers, Russell Thomas of Hernando, Louis Thomas of Byhalia, Dennis Thomas of Ft. Wayne, Ind.; and six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by three sisters, Rosie Faulkner, Genetta Thomas, Kathaleen Cox; three brothers, Norman Thomas Jr., Liddell Thomas Sr. and Marshall Thomas Sr.
