Scottie O'Neal Haywood

Scottie O'Neal Haywood, 35, of Memphis, Tenn., died Aug. 18, 2020, at Regional One Medical Center in Memphis. He was a member of Bell Grove MB Church in Chulahoma and was a forklift operator.

Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Aug. 25 at Bell Grove MB Church Cemetery. Pastor Terrance Pittman officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves four sons, Terrell Jones, Justin Trotter, Jaylen Trotter, Scottie Ballard, all of Memphis; two daughters, Diamond Mays, Kennedy Haywood, both of Memphis; his mother, Catherine Guy Haywood of Memphis; five sisters, Nicole Wells, Shounteil Haywood-Moton, Catrina King, all of Memphis, Sandra Haywood of Chulahoma, Shelia McKinney of New York, NY; four brothers, Tommy Guy, Maurice Haywood, Shoun Haywood, all of Memphis, and Wendell McKinney of New York.

He was preceded in death by his father, Lucious King.
