Sammy Jean Massey, 56, of Potts Camp, died November 28, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital - North Mississippi in Oxford. He was a member of Mt. Ollie MB Church in Potts Camp and an upholsterer at Jackson Furniture in Myrtle.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 6 from 2-5:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 12 noon on Dec. 7 at Mt. Ollie MB Church Cemetery. Pastor Anthony Marion will officiate.

He leaves his wife, Sharon Allen Massey; three sons, Craig Sharp of Hickory Flat, Marco Allen (Leslie) of Senatobia, Christopher Sharp (Tavia) of Hickory Flat; mother, Mandie Harris Massey of Hickory Flat; two sisters, Linda Massey (Mack) of Hickory Flat, Janet Judon of New Albany; three brothers, Anthony Massey (Shaikita) of New Albany, DeQuarvus Jackson of Byhalia, Jessie "Henry" Harris of New Albany; and four grandchildren.
