Sam Anderson, 85, of Red Banks, died Jan. 28, 2020, at Baptist East Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was a member of Carey Chapel Baptist Church and a manager of a hardware store.
Services were held at 12 p.m. on Jan. 31 at Carey Chapel Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Ruby Anderson; a daughter, Connie Cummings (David) of Barton; two brothers, Larry Anderson of Red Banks, Dwight Anderson of Barton; a sister, Joyce Anderson of Red Banks; and one grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two sons, Samuel Bradley Anderson and Matthew Anderson; and one sister, Ester Cunningham.
