Royal Lee Vaughn

Royal Lee “Roy Lee” Vaughn, 73, of Holly Springs, died July 28, 2017, at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch. He was a former concrete finisher.

Visitation will be held Aug. 4 from 2-7 p.m. at the funeral home and on Aug. 5 from 10-10:55 a.m. at the church.

Services will be held Aug. 5 at 11 a.m. at New Dimension Salt & Light Ministries, with burial in Cottrell Memorial Garden. Apostle Joseph LeSure will officiate. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Susie Vaughn; three sons, Derrick L. Vaughn, Roy A. Vaughn, Travis N. Vaughn, all of Holly Springs; four daughters, Mary Jones, Brenda Gray, Linda Vaughn, Royal Howell, all of Holly Springs; two sisters, Irene Jones, Mary Lee Turnage, both of Holly Springs; and a brother, Willie C. Vaughn of Holly Springs.

He was preceded in death by siblings, Clara Lee Balfour, Lizzie B. McCary, Aslean Lawson, Booker T. Vaughn Jr. and Truman Vaughn.
