Roosevelt Norfleet

Roosevelt Norfleet, 70, of Red Banks, died Oct. 12, 2019, at Baptist-Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, Tenn. The widower of Corrine Pritchard Norfleet, he was a member of Berachah Ministries Holiness Church in Mt. Pleasant. He was a self-employed concrete contractor.

Visitation will be held on Oct. 18, from 2-7 p.m. at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home; and Oct. 19, from 10-10:55 a.m., at Berachah Ministries Holiness Church. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Elder Joseph McKinney will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

He leaves two sons, Anthony Norfleet of Holly Springs, Contello Norfleet of Red Banks; three sisters, Ruth Norfleet of Detroit, Mich., Lottie Stephens of Atlanta, Ga., Ida Wells of Memphis, Tenn.; three brothers, Edison Norfleet of Memphis, Clarence Norfleet and Orlando Norfleet, both of Detroit; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Cottrell and Howard Norfleet; sisters, Carrie and Gladys Norfleet, Earlie Mapp and Clemmie Miller.
