Robert Lee Manning

Robert Lee Manning, 79, of Holly Springs, died March 26, 2023, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. He was a member of Rising Star MB Church and retired from the City of Holly Springs Sanitation Department.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on April 1 at Rising Star MB Church. Rev. Robert McClain, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Florida M. Raimey Manning; daughters, Karen Pigues, Vinita Raimey, Florest Manning, Eurica Manning, all of Holly Springs; sons, Ricky Manning of High Point, NC, Robert Manning Jr. of Horn Lake, Roney Raimey, Anthony Manning, both of Holly Springs; sisters, Gracie Lee Jones of Memphis, Tenn., Delores Manning, Diane Manning both of Rockford, Janice McNeil of Grand Junction, Tenn.; brothers, Eddie Manning of Rockford, Oscar Manning, Edgar Manning, both of Holly Springs; step-daughter, Brenda Jones; 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Joe Manning; siblings, Christine Peyton, Lorine Manning, Mae Della Mickens, Mozella Moton, James Manning, Haze Manning, William Manning, and Robert G. Manning.
