Robert Curtiss “Pig” Coleman

Robert Curtiss “Pig” Coleman, 70, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Marshall County, died December 13, 2023. He was a member of Isom Chapel CME Church in Holly Springs and a master mechanic.

Visitation will be held at 10 a.m. on Dec. 22 at Hudsonville CME Church with services at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Serenity Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Elnoria Coleman of Horn Lake; son, Curtis Coleman of Memphis; daughters, Christiana Oliver (Antonio) of Whitehaven, Tenn., Tyronzia Tate (Lonnie), Ashley Coleman, both of Horn Lake; two brothers, Chester Smith of Benton County, Lonnie Coleman (Cathlean) of Olive Branch; sisters, Delorie Stephen, Alice Anderson, both of Memphis, Lorine Robinson, Louise Coleman, Annie Chairs, Maxcine Archbell, all of Marshall County; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Hammer Chairs and Nancy Coleman; and seven brothers.
