Robert "Bobby" Hudspeth

Robert "Bobby" Hudspeth, 84, of Ashland, died January 20, 2022, at his home. He was a logger and a United States Army veteran.

Services were held at 2 p.m. on Jan. 24 at Bluff Springs Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his wife, Sadie Mae Bennett Hudspeth; two sons, Brian Hudspeth of Strayhorn, Kelly Hudspeth of Ashland; two daughters, Lisa Madru (Thomas) of Ashland, Robin Lipsey of New Albany; brother, Billy Hudspeth of Ashland; two sisters, Betty Call, Judy Bolden, both of Ashland; 11 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Henry Hudspeth II; daughter, Joann James; and a brother, Joe Gene Hudspeth.
