Raymond Daniel "Danny" Colston

Raymond Daniel "Danny" Colston, 84, of Holly Springs, died July 24, 2024. He was a U.S. Army veteran, a former police officer in Memphis, Tenn., and owner of a timber and landscaping company.
Services were held at Potts Camp First Baptist Church on July 27 at 11 a.m. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Bobbie; daughters, Sheri Wilmes (Eric), Tonya Colston; stepsons, Kevin Gross (Jana), Jeff Gross (Zara); nine grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Irene Bailey, Fred Colston, Edward Colston and Mamie Lee Smith.
