Ralph Dillard

Ralph Dillard, 82, of Potts Camp, died January 14, 2024, at New Albany Health and Rehab Center. He was a member of Baptist Hill MB Church where he served as a deacon, trustee and Sunday School superintendent. He was retired from Piper Impact Inc. in New Albany.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on Jan. 23 at Baptist Hill MB Church in Potts Camp. Rev. Lacy E. Scott, pastor, officiated. Burial was in the church cemetery. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his sons, Jocephus "Rick" Dillard (Jocelyn) of Madison, Julian Dillard of Atlanta, Ga., Jerrrold "Kirby" Dillard of Potts Camp; brothers, James Dillard Jr. (Juanita), Steven Dillard Sr. (Nancy), both of Potts Camp; sisters, Sherry Diane Rayford (Van), Linda Edwards (Larry), Brenda Collins, all of Holly Springs, Isophene Owens (Ivan) of Potts Camp; and four grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Adelia Taylor Dillard; siblings, Herman Dillard and Annie Marie Wilson.
