Phillip Jones Jr.

Phillip Jones Jr., 81, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Holly Springs, died June 26, 2018, at St. Clare Health and Rehabilitation Center in Memphis, Tenn. He attended Mt. Zion MB Church in Piperton, Tenn., and was a former member of Isom Chapel CME Church in Holly Springs.

Memorial services were held at 3 p.m. on July 7 at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home Chapel.

He leaves two sisters, Lorien Charse, Lucille Coleman (Ellorit), both of Chicago, Ill.; a brother, Fred Jones (Ledora) of Memphis; and his caretakers, nieces Lisa Hughes, Michelle Patrick, Tameka Patrick, Sonia Warr, nephews, Perry Patrick, and Michael Hughes.

He was preceded in death by nine siblings, John Wesley Jones, Jack Jones, Catherine Stephens, Irene Jordan, Columbus Jones, Charles Jones Sr., Clarence Jones, Estell Jones and Bertha Patrick.
