Peggy Joyce Walls

Peggy Joyce Walls, 80, of Holly Springs, died May 9, 2021. She was a member of Grays Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on May 16 at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home. Rev. James Johnson officiated. Burial was in Grays Chapel Christian Methodist Episcopal Church Cemetery.

She leaves her husband, James L. Walls; two sons, James Dexter Walls (Lanee) of Chicago, Ill., Jevon Walls (Tamicca Starks) of Holly Springs; two daughters, Sunya Walls of Chicago, Syri Walls of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Bernice Vaulx of Jackson, Tenn., Eloise McKinney (George) of Ecru; one brother, Joe High (Gloria) of Ecru and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two sisters, Doris Breland, Gracie Cobb; two brothers, Walter High and Herman High Jr.
