Paul Edward Pitts

Paul Edward Pitts, 91, of Waterford, died Nov. 11, 2020, at Alliance HealthCare System in Holly Springs. He was a member of Springhill MB Church in Waterford where he served as a deacon.

Graveside services were held at Springhill MB Church on Nov. 18. Apostle Mae Lee Palmer of Bountiful Blessings Ministries in Holly Springs officiated. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his children, Will Pitts, Dorothy Palmer (Ernest), Edna Pitts, Hattie Mae Johnson (Luscious), Edward Earl Pitts, Evelean Pitts, Thelma Pitts, Larry Pitts, Mable Davis (Curtis), Clifton Pitts (Dorothy), Robert Earl Pitts, Kenneth Pitts, Calvin Pitts (Carol), Regina Pitts, Madelity Jamison (Alfonso); brother, Henry Pitts; sisters, Alice, Johnnie, Hattie B., Joe Ann, Jeanette; and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 50 years, Rosie Lee Pitts; a son, James Russell Pitts; brothers, Columbus, Robert, Herman, Russell and McNeil Pitts; sisters, Maggie Rice, Joyce Pitts and Golia Richmond.
