Patsy Day, 84, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 11, 2018, at Belmont Village in Memphis, Tenn. The widow of Gaylon Day, she was an assistant to the dean of business at the University of Alabama.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. on Dec. 15 in Old Oxford Cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves one brother, Bill Cavanaugh of Roulette, Texas; one sister, Janet Hollingsworth of Memphis; one grandson and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two sons Gaylon Day Jr. and John Day.
