Odis Mitchell Pruitt, age 60, died Monday, Aug. 17 in Holly Springs.
He was employed in the meat department at Walmart and a volunteer for the Victoria Fire Department.
Services were held Saturday, Aug. 22, 11 a.m., at the Serenity Funeral Home Chapel in Holly Springs with burial to follow at the Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery of Holly Springs.
He leaves his daughter Catherine Congairdo (Nick), of Jackson, Tennessee; two grandchildren; brothers Mark Hanna (Linda) of Red Banks and Petie Joyner of Ashland.
He was preceded in death by his father Donald Pruitt; his mother Susie Allert; sister Lajuan Taylor; and grandparents; Odis and Dora Rhea. Serenity Funeral Home of Holly Springs was in charge of arrangements.
