Myrtle Young, 78, of Byhalia, died June 22, 2021, at her home. She was a member of New Faith Community Baptist Church in Victoria where she served as an usher. She was a homemaker.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on July 1 from 3-6 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. on July 2 at McCraven Cemetery in Victoria. Rev. Etoy Bogard will officiate.
She leaves a daughter, Vickey Young of Victoria; three sons, Tony Young of Memphis, Tenn.; Wallace Young, Kendrick Young, both of Victoria; a sister, Helen Lucas of Victoria; two brothers, Willie Young of Victoria, Elautry Young of Red Banks; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
