Minister Robert Earl Bunch

Minister Robert Earl Bunch, 65, of Olive Branch, died September 18, 2022, at Methodist Olive Branch Hospital. He was a chaplin for the Olive Branch Police Department and retired postmaster from Parkin, Ark.

Services were held at 1:30 p.m. On Sept. 24 at Brown Baptist Church in Southaven. His sons, Kenneth and Kendall Bunch performed the service. Burial was in Cottrell Memorial Garden.

He leaves his wife, Charlene Wilkins Bunch; daughters, Chloe Bunch of Memphis, Tenn., Marilyn Sewell of Detroit, Mich.; sons, Kenneth Bunch, Kendall Bunch, both of Dallas, Texas; sisters, Augustine Chatman of Moss Point; Mary Plainer of Pascagoula, Linda Williams of Moss Point, Muriel B. Jones of Huntsville, Ala., Elisa Edwards of Jacksonville, Fla.; brothers, Johnny Barnes of Pascagoula, William Bunch Jr., Charles Criss, Kenneth Bunch, all of Detroit, Mich.; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Sr. and Annie Bell Bunch; brother, Larry Bunch; and sister, Anita Bunch.
