Milton Johnson Sr.

Milton Johnson Sr., 88, of Harvey, Ill., formerly of Byhalia, died July 27, 2020, at his home. He served six years in the U.S. Air Force and fought in the Korean War. He worked 40 years at Frank L. Wells Company as a machinist until his retirement.
Services were held at 6:30 p.m. on Aug. 5, at Leak and Sons Funeral Home in Country Club Hills, Ill. Pastor Tyrone Coleman officiated.
He leaves his wife, Vera; children, James Bookings, Milton Johnson Jr. (Regina), Natasha Johnson, Nija Miller Johnson; 15 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ora L. Echols Johnson; his second wife, Mary Johnson; and siblings Helen, Robert Jr. "Bop", and Casey Johnson.
