Maxine Strickland

Maxine Strickland, 79, of Holly Springs, died April 9, 2019. The widow of David "Nub" Strickland, she was a Methodist. She loved running a daycare at home. After retirement, she enjoyed spending time at Cousin's Shell visiting with people.
Visitation was held at 12 noon until service time on April 10 at Holly Springs Funeral Home Chapel. Services were at 2 p.m. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery.
She leaves two sons, John David Strickland (Julie) and Shane Strickland (Trina) both of Holly Springs; one daughter, Sissy Campbell (Terry) of Holly Springs; one sister, Jane Callicutt of Oxford; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
