Maxine B. Woods

Maxine B. Woods, 86, of Hartselle, Ala., formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Nov. 30, 2020, at her home. She was a member of Hartselle Church of Christ and was a registered nurse for Parkway Medical Center prior to her retirement.
A graveside service was held at 1 p.m. on Dec. 7 at Hartselle City Cemetery. Bro. Steve Anderson and Bro. Aaron Warnick officiated. Peck Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a son, Stanley D. Woods (Shearie) of Hartselle; two brothers, John Paul Bumpas (Ruth) of Hickory Flat, Dean Bumpas (Arleva) of Holly Springs; four grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, David Woods; a daughter, Debra K. Bates; two brothers, Olivar Bumpas and Kent Bumpas.
