Maxine Anderson

Maxine Anderson, 82, of Collierville, Tenn., formerly of Marshall County, died January 12, 2025. She was a member of Pleasant Hill CME Church.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on Jan. 18 at Pleasant Hill CME Church with burial in the church cemetery. Pastor Hoey officiated. Serenity Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her children, Brenda Landers (Jonathan) of Cordova, Tenn., Phillip Anderson (Alicia) of Greenwood, Wanda Jordan (Jimmie), Maurice Anderson (Schwana) both of Memphis, Tenn., Victor Anderson of Collierville; brothers, R.C. Anderson (Juanita) of Holly Springs, Wilbert Anderson of Mt. Pleasant, Velma Anderson (Delorise), Jodie Anderson (Melinda), both of Memphis; seven grandchildren and 15 greatgrandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her siblings, E.L. Anderson, Laura Sanders and Margaret Anderson Howell.
