Mary "Turk" Alice Davis

Mary "Turk" Alice Davis, 91, of Byhalia, died Dec. 24, 2018, at Methodist Hospital in Olive Branch. The widow of Atha Davis, she was a teacher's aide.
Services were held at 12 p.m. on Dec. 29 at Union Valley M.B. Church in Byhalia. Burial was in Street Hill Cemetery on Chulahoma Road, Holly Springs. Rodgers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves seven daughters, Mae Falkner of Byhalia, Ruby Falkner of Holly Springs, Ada Wheeler of Byhalia, Brenda Davis and Linda Davis, both of Victoria, Angie Rayborn of Memphis, Tenn., Mattie Davis of Byhalia; two sons, John Davis of Hernando and Larry Davis of Holly Springs; 29 grandchildren, 84 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great-grandchildren.
