Mary Lou (Saulters) Holbrook

Mary Lou (Saulters) Holbrook, 81, of Ashland, died May 29, 2021. She was a member of Liberty United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir. She was a caregiver.

Services were held at 11 a.m. on June 3 at Liberty United Methodist Church with Rev. Stacy McKee officiating. Burial was in the church cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves two stepsons, Douglas Holbrook (Shelia) of Ashland, Joseph Holbrook (Vickie) of Slayden; two sisters, Lois Tyler of Ashland, Doris Hodges of Crossville, Tenn.; and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Jerry) Holbrook; five brothers, Edward, Ross, Harrell, Will and George Saulters; one sister, Ouida Loomis; and a stepson, Johnny Holbrook.
