Mary Lois Mays, 81, of Byhalia, died Nov. 19, 2019, in Southaven. She was a member and usher of Mt. Olive MB Church of Byhalia. She was a homemaker.
Services were held at 12 p.m. on Nov. 23, at Mt. Olive MB Church. Burial was in Mt. Olive Cemetery. Rodgers Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves three daughters, Laretha Mays of Memphis, Tenn., Mary Evans of Olive Branch, Barbara Cathey of Longview, Texas; one son, Robert Mays of Memphis; three sisters, Lillian Shipp of Olive Branch, Ida Loving of East St. Louis, Mo., Sharon Dodson of Cordova, Tenn.; two brothers, James Rodgers of Senatobia, Larry McGowan of Memphis; 23 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
