Martha Lee Prothro, 92, of Ashland, died February 2, 2026, at the Ashland Nursing Home. She was a Baptist, a teacher and professional artist.
Services are incomplete at this time. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
She leaves her husband of almost 70 years, John Robert Prothro; sons, Stephen Prothro (Gwen Scholes) of Germantown, Tenn., David Prothro of Ashland; sisters, Judy and Nancy; four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
