Marjorie Lee Jeffries Knox

Marjorie Lee Jeffries Knox, 82, of Lamar, died October 12, 2021, at Alliance Healthcare System. She was a member of Miracle Temple Salt and Light Ministries Church where she was a church missionary. She was retired from Hart's Furniture in Collierville, Tenn.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Oct. 22 from 1-4:30 p.m. and Oct. 23 from 1-1:55 p.m. at Miracle Temple Salt and Light Ministries with services at 2 p.m. Elder Broderick Holbert will officiate. Burial will be in Jeffries Family Cemetery in Lamar.

She leaves three daughters, Marilyn Medley of Three Oaks, Mich., Dinetta Krriem of Columbus, Judith Collins of Lamar; three sons, Derrick Holbert of Marion, Ark., Broderick Holbert of Conyers, Ga., Alvin Jeffries of Lamar; one sister, Bernice Walls of Lamar; 19 grandchildren, 37 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-granddaughter.
