Marjarie Dean Norman, 70, of Holly Springs, died Nov. 4, 2019, at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. The widow of Lee Mathis Norman, she joined Mt. Gilliam MB Church at an early age and later was an evangelist at Living By The Word Christian Center.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Nov. 9 at Serenity-Autry Funeral Home. Burial was in Old Mt. Gilliam Church Cemetery in Byhalia.
She leaves five children, Arwedia Sanders (Clarence), Elmedia Norman, Lee Ernest Norman, Elvira Hope (Bryant), all of Byhalia, Sylvester Norman (Theresa) of Memphis; one brother, Ernest Lee Dean of Byhalia; 11 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Warnedia N. Smith.
