Major Lee Jordan, 58, of Slayden, died October 13, 2021 at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi in Oxford. He was a member of Roberts Chapel CME Church and a self-employed automobile mechanic.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. on Oct. 22 at Roberts Chapel CME Church Cemetery. Evangelist Earnestine Jordan officiated. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife, Earnestine Fitchpatrick Jordan of Blue Mountain; daughter, LaDonna; sons, Stanley, Johnny, Jeremy; mother, Lizzie L. Jordan of Slayden; brother, Jimmie Jordan of Lamar; sisters, Jeraldine Williams, Mary Frances Jordan, Martha Jordan, all of Memphis, Tenn., and Mary J. Harris of Slayden.
