Luther "Joe" Walton

Luther "Joe" Walton, 79, of Potts Camp, died October 14, 2023. He was a member of Mt. Teamer CME Church and an employee of Don Street Wrecker Services.
Visitation will be held at Serenity Funeral Home on Oct. 28 from 5-7 p.m. with services at 12 p.m. on Oct. 29. Burial will be in Mt. Teamer Church Cemetery.
He leaves a son, Luther Walton Jr. of Holly Springs; four sisters, Marble McNeil, Betty Turnage, Mozella Walton, all of Holly Springs, Lillian Wagner of St. Louis, Mo.; and brother, David Walton (Marie) of Chicago, Ill.
He was preceded in death by siblings, Laura Stinson, Opal Walton, Remela Pegues, Eugene Walton, Percy Walton, James E. Walton, Frank Walton and Poger Walton.
