Leroy Hudson

Leroy Hudson, 82, of Michigan City, died Feb. 10, 2021, at University of Alabama Birmingham Medical Center. He was a member of South Ashland Church of Christ and was a retired supervisor for C.E. Thomas Hardware.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Feb. 25 from 3-5:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 26 at South Ashland Church of Christ Cemetery. Brother William Colburn will officiate.

He leaves his wife, Ethel Yancy Hudson; two daughters, Shirley Dawson of Chicago, Ill., Diane Bridgeforth of Memphis, Tenn.; four sons, Jerry Hudson of Cordova, Tenn., Larry Hudson of Atlanta, Ga, Tracee Hudson, Jestin Hudson, both of Memphis; one stepson, Fred Yancy of Atlanta; four sisters, Veola Sanders, Bobbie Jones, both of Bridgeport, Conn., Dollie Hudson of Tunica, Occie Carlise of San Antonio, Texas; two brothers, Charles Hudson, Gary Hudson, both of Pontiac, Mich.; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
