Lenora Butler

Lenora Butler, 97, of Byhalia, died Aug. 16, 2020, at Great Oaks Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Byhalia. She was a member of Mt. Pisgah CME Church in Byhalia where she served as church secretary, choir director, choir member, and treasurer of the missionary society. She was a domestic worker.
Graveside services were held at 10 a.m. on Aug. 22 at Mt. Pisgah CME Church Cemetery. Pastor Eddie J. Wilson officiated. Serenity-Autry Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves a niece, Shirley Rubin Nelson. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Ruby Butler Sr., Nathaniel Butler, Sr., Luther Butler, James Butler Sr., Thelmon Butler Sr.; and sister, Mary Butler-Rubin.
