Lemarion Jacob Smith

Lemarion Jacob Smith, 13, of Waterford, died January 31, 2022, at Methodist LeBonheur Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. He was an eighth grade student at Potts Camp Intermediate School.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Feb. 12 from 4-6 p.m. and at the Potts Camp High School Gymnasium on Feb. 13 from 10-10:55 a.m. with services at 11 a.m. Rev. Dewitt Glover will officiate. Burial will be in Yarbrough Chapel CME Church Cemetery in Holly Springs.

He leaves his father, Lem J. Smith III of Waterford; mother, Chasity Bridges Smith of Waterford; sisters, LeMya Smith of Waterford, Kenyottah Reliford of Ashland, Samantha Ellis of Holly Springs; brother, LeMone Smith of Waterford; grandmothers, Regina Harvey of New Cumberland, Penn., and Nancy Bridges of Pontotoc.
