Lawrence Clark Drummond Jr.

Lawrence Clark Drummond Jr., 42, of Holly Springs, died February 2, 2026, at his home. He was a member of Anderson Chapel CME Church and a barber.

Services were held at 3 p.m. on Feb. 15 at Anderson Chapel CME Church. Rev. Dr. Leon C. Moore Jr. officiated. Burial was in Cottrell Memorial Garden. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

He leaves his children, Shakiya Drummond, Elissen Lyon, Clamarion Drummond, all of Holly Springs; father, Lawrence C. Drummond Sr., of Talladega, Ala.; brother, Markovic Drummond of Buena Park, Calif.; sisters, Yolanda Cork-Anthony of Seaside, Calif., Toywa Moore of Jackson; aunts and caregivers, Eileen Dowsing of Holly Springs and Dr. Cecilia Adams of Collierville, Tenn.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Avis Yvonne Lucas.
