La’Shunda Monique Harris

La’ Shunda Monique Harris, 42, of Corinth, formerly of Holly Springs, died November 22, 2025, at her daughters home in Corinth. She was a member of Strawberry MB Church where she sang in the church choir. She was a substitute teacher for the Marshall County School District.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Dec. 4 from 12-6 p.m. And on Dec. 5 at New Dimension Salt and Light Ministries from 10-10:55 a.m. With services at 11 a.m. Laverne Oliver will officiate. Burial will be in Cottrell Memorial Garden.

She leaves her husband, Jimmie D. Harris; mother, Laverne Oliver Whitelow of Holly Springs; father, Rudy Dean Whitelow of Holly Springs; daughters, LaMiracle Whitelow of Horn Lake, LaMaria Frost, Markyla Frost, both of Corinth, Makayla Whitelow, Jamilay Harris, both of Holly Springs; sons, Jerius Harris, Rod’Drickous Moore, Ja’Tavius Harris, Ja’Quayvious Harris, all of Holly Springs; sister, La’Wanda Delbert of Holly Springs; brothers, Antonio Whitelow of Blue Mountain, Rudy Whitelow of Corinth, Ricardo Whitelow of Holly Springs and two grandchildren.
