Kattie Mae Phillips, 102, of Byhalia, died July 17, 2025, at her home. She attended Union Valley MB Church.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on July 25 from 3:30-6 p.m. and on July 26 at Union Valley MB Church from 1:30-2:55 p.m. with services at 3 p.m. Rev. Jimmy Stewart will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
She leaves a sister, Iola Rayford of Byhalia and brother, Freeman Phillips of Memphis, Tenn.
She was preceded in death by her siblings, Ola Mae Holmes, Armenta Spears, Parthenia Hopkins, John Phillips Jr., Louis Phillips, Oliver Phillips and Vernon Phillips.
