Kathryn Cooper, 87, of Potts Camp, died Jan. 23, 2017, at Sanctuary Hospice in Tupelo. She was retired after 22 years as service officer of the Marshall/Benton County Veterans Administration. She was the widow of Everett Doyle Cooper.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on Jan. 26 at Cornersville United Methodist Church, where she was a member. Burial was in Cornersville Cemetery. Bro. Don Newton officiated. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
She leaves two sons, Michael Cooper (Sandra), Larry Cooper (Vickie), both of Potts Camp; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
