J.T. Jones Jr., 81, of Holly Springs, died March 5, 2024, at Great Oaks Rehab and Health Care Center in Byhalia. He was a Catholic and a retired long-haul truck driver. He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corp.
There will be no services. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home is in charge.
He leaves his sons, Noel Jones of Olive Branch, Alaric Jones, Paul Jones both of Lamar; brother, Mark Anthony Jones of Holly Springs; sisters, Pinkie Jean Nunnally of Holly Springs, Gladys Snow of Indianapolis, Ind., Luria Smith of Dallas, Texas; three grandchildren and one great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his siblings, Franklin Jones, Ponce De Marvin Jones, Ossie Lee Jones, Clenton Jones, Joseph Jones and Lenora Dortch.
