Joyce Ann Newman Skelton

Joyce Ann Newman Skelton, 69, of Potts Camp, died September 17, 2021, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Union County in New Albany. She was a member of Carey Chapel Baptist Church and a homemaker.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. on Sept. 22 at Carey Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Holly Springs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She leaves a son, Trinity Skelton (Tracey) of Hickory Flat; three daughters, Joanna Smith of Potts Camp, Melissa Smith (Clay) of Red Banks, Rhonda Waddle (Cliff) of Potts Camp; two sisters, Judy Palmertree of Holly Springs, Debbie Armstrong of Ripley, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Samantha Bradford; brothers, Bud Newman, Robert Newman; and sister Gloria Hayes.
