Joyce Ann Hobson Terry

Joyce Ann Hobson Terry, 65, of Rossville, Tenn., died Aug. 29, 2018, at Bartlett, Tenn. She was a member of Hebron MB Church in Michigan City, a missionary, member of Women’s Ministry, owner of Day Care Center, an Avon salesperson, and A.A. Bell Communication. She was a machine operator at Carrier Inc. in Collierville, Tenn.

Services were held at 1 p.m. on Sept. 2 at Hebron MB Church. Pastor Andre Williams officiated. Burial was in Old Hebron Church Cemtery in Lamar. J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

She leaves her husband Ivy Terry; two sons, Ronald Rhyne of Memphis, Tenn., Jairus Terry of Rossville; three sisters, Diane Thiery of Beaumont, Texas, Linda Kee of Somerville, Tenn., Sheila Hobson of St. Louis, Mo.; two brothers, Tommy Hobson Jr. of Memphis, Percy Mitchell Jr. of Moscow, Tenn.; nine grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Ivy Leviticus Terry.
