Josephine Hudson Williams

Josephine Hudson Williams, 73, of Lamar, died July 11, 2020, at Alliance HealthCare in Holly Springs. She was a member of Foundation of Life Christian Learning Center and a former stocker for Target in Germantown, Tenn.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on July 17 from 4:30-6:30 p.m. A walk-through will be held on July 18 from 12-12:50 p.m. at Foundation of Life Christian Learning Center in Lamar, then graveside services at the church cemetery at 1 p.m. Rev. James Patterson will officiate.

She leaves two daughters, Sureather Patterson, Lorinda Terry, both of Lamar; two sons, Willie B. Williams, Walter Williams Sr., both of Ashland; 10 sisters, Deloise Young of Memphis, Tenn., Ruby Moore, Audrey Anderson, both of Flint, Mich., Geraldine Campbell of Atlanta, Ga., Debra Hudson, Brenda Hudson, Linda Hudson, Nellie Everett, all of Ashland, Phillisteen Harris of Memphis, Loisteen Hill, Iola Hudson, both of Nashville, Tenn.; six brothers, L.B. Hudson of St. Louis, Mo., Gary Campbell of Los Angeles, Calif., Tommy Campbell of Pittsburg, Pa., Randy Campbell of Flint, Mich., James Hudson of Michigan City, Barry Hudson of Holly Springs; 17 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Mary Dorether Williams; and two brothers, Cooper Epps and David Campbell.
