Josephine "Doll"Malone Moore

Josephine "Doll" Malone Moore, 90, of Red Banks, died July 29, 2024, at her home. She was a member of Newell Chapel CME Church where she served on the usher board, missionary board and finance committee. She was a homemaker.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Aug. 2 from 12:30-3 p.m.; at Newell Chapel from 4-6 p.m.; and on Aug. 3 from 1:30-2:25 p.m. with services at 2:30 p.m. Rev. Curtis Nelson will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

She leaves her daughters, Joe Ann Moore of Holly Springs, Emery Carol Charlton of Cordova, Tenn., Bonita Sims of Olive Branch, Kathy Moore of Chattanooga, Tenn.; sons, Felix Moore Jr. of Byhalia, Charles Edward Moore of Memphis, Tenn., Bobby Ray Moore of Red Banks, Clayton Ellis Moore of Byhalia, Lionel Hampton Moore, Dennis Airkus Moore, both of Red Banks; sisters, Minnie Ingram, Janie Mae Tunstall, both of Byhalia; brothers, Robert Earl Malone of Memphis, Ransom Malone of Victoria; 20 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren and 2 greatgreat-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Moore Sr.; siblings, Ardean Riley, Willie Mae Freeman, Elease Benton, Sam Malone, R.E. Malone, Willis Malone Jr. and Elmo Malone.
