Joseph Smith Jr., 65, of Waterford, died May 5, 2026, at his home. He was a machine operator at Memphis Road and Boring Company.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on May 15 from 5-6:30 p.m. Graveside services will be held at Hamilton Chapel Church Cemetery on May 16 at 11 a.m. Minister Lenard Valentine will officiate.
He leaves his mother, Villa Miller Tate of St. Louis, Mo.; sisters, Mary Underwood, Carolyn Dobbins, both of St. Louis; Delphine Marshall of Virginia, Joyce Smith Bowens of Waterford; and a brother, Lee Autry Smith of Kansas City, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Smith Sr.; brothers, Ivory Louis Smith and Anthony Robinson.
