Joseph Boone

Joseph Boone, 77, died Sunday, November 15, 2020, at New Albany Baptist Hospital. He was a construction supervisor, an Air Force veteran and a 32nd Degree Mason. He was born November 16, 1942, in Holly Springs, MS to Richard Boone and Willie Holmes Boone.

He was survived by his wife, Patricia Wright Boone; daughters, Lori Boone, Sandy Martin (Chris) and Kristina Jennings (Eric); brother, Richard Boone; grandchildren, Grant and Madison Martin, Katherine and James Geiger, and Morgan and Chase Jennings; father-in-law, G. W. Wrights Jr.; mother-in-law, Mary Lois Wright; several brothers and sisters in law; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, services were for immediate family only at Ashland Primitive Baptist Church on November 18, 2020.

The Holly Springs Funeral Home assisted in the arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
