Johnnie Mae Gladney Anderson

Johnnie Mae Gladney Anderson, 72, of Holly Springs, died Mar. 4, 2020, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-Desoto in Southaven. She was a member of Greenfield Presbyterian Church in Waterford, a third-grade chairperson, former 4-H Club member, and a graduate of Rust College. She was a retired school teacher with the Marshall County School System. She taught at Galena and Henry Junior High School for over 33 years.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on March 13 from 2-6 p.m.; and at Greenfield Presbyterian Church on March 14 from 2-2:55 p.m. Services will be held at 3 p.m. Burial will be in Hamilton Chapel CME Church Cemetery in Waterford.

She leaves a son, James Anderson of Holly Springs; two daughters, Pamela Ann Anderson of Holly Springs and Petrina Anderson of Memphis, Tenn.
