John Lee Sullivan

John Lee Sullivan, 71, of Memphis, Tenn., formerly of Red Banks, died November 17, 2024, at St. Francis Hospital Bartlett. He was a member of Pleasant Hill CME Church, a US Air Force veteran and a maintenance worker at the Veteran's Administration Hospital.

Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Nov. 29 from 2:30-5:30 p.m. and on Nov. 30 at Mt. Newell MB Church in Red Banks from 9-9:55 a.m. with services at 10 a.m. Rev. Ben Norman Sr. will officiate. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill CME Church Cemetery in Red Banks.

He leaves a daughter, Tarhonda Honor of Memphis; son, Eric Zinn of Holly Springs; sisters, Lorine Jeffries, Brenda Moore, Shirley Jones, all of Red Banks; brothers, Rev. Clinton Lee Norman Jr. of Chicago, Ill., Rev. Ben Norman Sr. of Holly Springs, Rev. Thurman Norman Sr. of Nashville, Tenn., George Norman of Red Banks; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his siblings, Fannie Jean Moore and Lonnie Sullivan.
