John Grady Bell Jr.

John Grady Bell Jr., 95, of Holly Springs, formerly of Marianna, died April 4, 2017. During World War II he served on the battle cruiser U.S.S. Guam at the battle of Okinawa.
Services were held at 11 a.m. on April 10 at First Baptist Church in Holly Springs, where he was a longtime member. Burial was in Hill Crest Cemetery. Memorial Park Funeral Home, Memphis, Tenn., was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves his wife Ann Bell; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Walter Bell, and his sister, Olive May Fore.
