Joe Estes McMinn Sr.

Joe Estes McMinn Sr., 92, of Holly Springs, died Dec. 12, 2019. The widower of Eva Smithson McMinn, he was a member of Slayden Baptist Church, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a car dealer.
Services were held at 2 p.m. on Dec. 15 at Slayden Baptist Church. Burial was in Memory Garden in Memphis, Tenn. Holly Springs Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
He leaves four daughters, Linda Sue Tatum of Mt. Pleasant, Deana Hunsucker of Holly Springs, Joan Hickey (Darrell) of Senatobia, Charlotte Farris (Steve) of Mt. Pleasant; one sister, Bobbie Belcher of Garden City, Mich.; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Joe E. McMinn Jr.
