Joe Eddie Burns

Joe Eddie Burns, 66, of Holly Springs, died November 13, 2025, at Baptist Memorial Hospital North Mississippi in Oxford. He was a member of Hernando Road Church of Christ and a carpenter.
Visitation will be held at J.F. Brittenum and Son Funeral Home on Nov. 22 from 2-5 p.m. And on Nov. 23 at Hernando Road Church of Christ from 1-1:55 p.m. With services at 2 p.m. Brother Gary Young will officiate. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
He leaves his wife, Mattie Walls Burn; sons, Corey Burns, Justin Burns, both of Holly Springs; sisters, Ardency Baird of Ashland, Arbidella Burns Leonard, Eloise Turnage, both of Chicago, Ill.; and two grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Angela Burns; and brother, Ben Frankilin Burns.
